Web Design Charges

• $2,500 set-up fee and first 20 pages (includes design and layout, normal graphics such as photos, and formatting keywords to make your site searchable)

• $75 per additional page after 20

Domain Name and Space Charges 

• Domain name fee; usually $5 to $25 per year (responsibility of the owner)

• Web hosting plan fee; usually $95 to $120 per year (responsibility of the owner)

Additional Charges 

• custom artwork, custom buttons and menu bars, brand design, etc. (included in full web design, or $100 to $500)

• logo design (included in full web design, $300 to $500 separate)

• matching business cards, letterhead, envelopes, invoices, etc. ($100 each)

• retouched photographs and major design overhauls ($75 per hour)

• linking to web rings and searchable directories ($75 per hour)

• major editing, original editorial, pedigree research, etc. ($75 per hour)

• taking photographs off your digital video tape or dvd ($75 per hour)

Maintenance Charges 

• $10 per page updated (major design changes are additional)

Important Notations 

• under normal circumstances, allow 60 days for completion

• content guidelines and construction timelines to be outlined in a written agreement

• all web site content becomes property and responsibility of web site owner

• a link to Stoney's Web Design and the phrase "web site by Connie Stoney" to appear on every page within the site
